Damir has had the role of Architectural Design Director for over 20 years. His experience has ranged from new building construction, building renovation and corporate interiors. He is responsible for all aspects of architectural design and construction management. Damir holds the title of Registered Architect licensed to practice Architecture in New York State and s a member of American Institute of Architects. He has designed and managed numerous new building projects including intricate high rise buildings throughout New York City. Typically he is involved with projects from schematic design to project completion. His belief that the design process and through technical knowledge of construction procedures go hang-in-hand has lead to many realized projects and satisfied clients. The luxurious condo residential building located at 949 Park Avenue and the Gotham Hotel located at 16 East 46th Street in New York are some of the new building examples highly praised by NY architectural critics. 

Paul Freitas is a Partner with over 25 years of experience in General Contracting and Architecture and has worked on a wide variety of projects including corporate, hospitality, Research and Development and Institutional building types and interiors.  Paul attended Vassar College where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Planning and subsequently went on to Parsons School of Design and received his Master’s degree in Architecture.  Over the course of his career Paul has also served as an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design Graduate School of Architecture. Paul maintains the role of Project Director overseeing C3D’s various projects.  Paul’s extensive experience as a Project Manager includes over five hundred million dollars of construction costs and includes such projects as Warner Brothers; CIBC; General Electric; National Broadcasting Company; Thor Equities; Starwood Lodging; Electronic Data Systems; Deutsche Bank; First Union and Morgan Stanley.  Paul’s role includes the daily overall management of C3D’s project team as well as managing and navigating all client-related participants, outside consultant and project specialists in a controlled and efficient manner.   Paul’s diversified experience and keen sensitivity to project needs and demands has culminated into a successful pattern of completed projects and a demand for repeat service.
