Located in Garment district of Midtown Manhattan, right next to Haier Building and three blocks away from Byrant Park, this 70-story mix-used skyscraper is currently under construction with an anticipated completion in 2026. The building’s lot size is 100’ x 98’-9” ft and the structure’s height 785 ft. The tower will have 311 residential units with some commercial space and two cellar floors.

The podium rises to the height of adjacent Haier building consisting of conjoined cylindrical volumes clad in floor-to ceiling glass. Floor plans of the podium include lobby at ground floor, pool, spa lounge, a gym, playroom, co-working space and a speakeasy recreational space. The floor plans of 23rd ,58th, & 70th will receive large open terraces for special events. The building will utilize a cast concrete super-structure with glass curtain wall, metal panel and natural stone cladding materials. The stack of curved balconies extends up along the northeast corner and will provide residents with panoramic views of the Midtown skyline. The vertical illumination strips will emphasis façade giving it a sense of expanse vertically.
The canopy and first floor of the building are designed in a way that inversely reflects the curvature of the podium creating striking visual effect, drawing attention to the entrance at ground level.
