A four-story residential building on a 300-by-100-foot site in Great Neck. Sixty-one residences sit above automated parking, with garden apartments and shared spaces organized behind a Portuguese limestone façade.
The composition works within a 45-foot zoning limit while creating private gardens at grade, a resident lounge, and a children's playroom. Black granite and full-height thermal glass sharpen the limestone envelope.
